This invitation does not bind the person giving the invitation or those who responded to the invitation. Attached to this notice is a preliminary contract boundary map, Karhunkatu street plan and park plans. The contract is intended to include e.g. the following work phases:- Construction of Karhunkatu, Karhunaukio and Karhunaukionpark- Construction of Kivalterinpuistiko, Poropuisto and Voudinpuisto- Construction of Rummunlyoejanpolu, Poropolu and Kivalterinpolu- Construction of Poropolu and Drummunloejapolu bridges- Construction of Itakaari noise barrier- LIVA works at the junction of Itakaari and Karhunkatu- option: Karhunkatu surface structure works, which will be built tentatively in the fall of 2028 The construction of the multi-purpose building and sports hall is marked on the contract boundary map with preliminary work schedules. The contractor for these sites is Hartela Oy, and the customer is the city of Turku's urban construction and facilities/Facilities service area. The market dialogue will be held on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at 13-14 as a TEAMS event.
