Invitation to market dialogue - interaction contract for technical infrastructure in Fredrikstad

Fredrikstad municipality plans to announce an interaction contract for the establishment of technical infrastructure for the development areas FMV2, FMV3, FMV5 and FMV6, N16, as well as parts of existing buildings on Glombo. Before the competition is announced, we want to invite the contractor market to a written market dialogue. We see that the contractor industry is in exciting development, especially with regard to green technology and sustainable solutions. Fredrikstad municipality wants to be an active partner in this development, and we believe that together with you - the industry's players - can find good and forward -looking solutions. 100 MNOK this is a large and important project for the municipality. We therefore want input from you on how we can best set relevant and ambitious environmental requirements, as well as design award criteria that promote green innovation and sustainable operations.
