Description : The Airport Authority (the "Authority") is currently planning for a 24-hour unmanned store concession on Sky Bridge, which is under construction to connect Terminal 1 and North Satellite Concourse. The Authority hereby invites any interested Operators to submit response in this Invitation for Expression of Interest ("Invitation").The proposed unit on the Sky Bridge is near Gate 24, Terminal 1. With an area of approximately 947 sq.ft., the 24-hour unmanned store shall provide contactless grab-and-go shopping experience on a wide range of travel related products for passengers round the clock. For the avoidance of doubt, vending machine business mode is excluded and the following product categories shall not be sold:Perfumes and Cosmetics; and Duty Free Liquor and Tobacco Any interested Operator who wish to express its interest should forward the following information to Retail & Advertising Department by email to retail1@hkairport.com no later than 12:00 noon on 20 April 2021 (Hong Kong time).Company name; Company background; Job reference or proof of readiness on operating an unmanned store (including its product offerings and technical know-how) and airport operation experience, if any; and Contact person, position, ...
