Tender Details

This Public Invitation is addressed to Financial Organizations active in Greece, for joining a partnership with the aim of providing new co-financed loans with favorable terms to natural persons for the purchase of a first home in accordance with articles 3 and 4 of the. 5006/2022 through the "My Home" Program, managed by the Hellenic Development Bank SA.

The Program has been created with funds entirely from the Public Employment Service (PYPA).

For the implementation of the "My Home" Mortgage Loan program, the financial is formedinstrument as a distinct financial unit within the EBT, through which co-financed housing loans will be provided to individuals who will satisfy the income and other eligibility criteria. The total potential budget of the financial instrument of co-financed loansof private individuals amounts to

500 million. The resources of the program come from the Public Employment Service (D.YP.A. formerly OAED) which will pay up to the amount of € 375 million, which will be used to provide part of capital of the loans and in the amount of

125 million euros from the commercial onesbanks. Additionally, there will be an additional amount from DYPA to cover subsidized interest and management fees. The leverage that will come from the EXOs in relation to the contribution of the Program, will be the following:
