Reference No. SLU-RTCP-W-RFB-WUGW-01-20 The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Regional Tourism Competitiveness Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of an entertainment park in Gros-Islet which includes ancillary works. The Ministry of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture and Information now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Entertainment Park in Gros Islet, which includes the construction of vending booths, administrative building, Kids Playground, comfort station, band stand and boardwalk. The works include: Excavation and Filling Works; Reinforced Concrete Construction; Steel Frame Construction; Exterior works and; Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting Equipment Installation The construction period is eight (8) months.
