Invitation to Bid for Upgrading/Concreting of Local Roads
1) The LGU-Sto. Niño, Samar, through the Supplemental Budget No. 02 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Seventeen Thousand Pesos Only (3, 717, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading/Concreting of Local Roads in So. Languyon, Brgy. Ilo to Brgy. Baras, Sto. Niño, Samar.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Sto. Niño, Samar now invites bids for Upgrading/Concreting of Local Roads. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty-Three (153) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
