1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF LEGAZPI, through the General Fund CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Public Notification System for Hazard Prevention and Mitigation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF LEGAZPI now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Public Notification System for Hazard Prevention and Mitigation.
