INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 100 KVA TRANSFORMER WITH 1-PHASE LINE, STEEL POLE AND COMPLETE ACCESSORIES

1. The Municipal Government of San Miguel, through the 2024 Supplemental Budget No. 01 - Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 100 KVA TRANSFORMER WITH 1-PHASE LINE, STEEL POLE AND COMPLETE ACCESSORIES (100-24-04-393). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of San Miguel now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, ...
