Description : 1)The Municipality of Daanbantayan, through the Disaster Risk and Management Plan for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos (P 1, 759, 438.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of IP CCTV Surveillance System with project Identification No. PB-2026-06-23. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipality of Daanbantayan now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of IP CCTV Surveillance System using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required July 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least 15 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
