The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), through the General 2025 Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (PhP 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Invitation to Bid for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Gas Pycnometer, Branded, Brand New (Rebidding) with Project Identification No. PB-02-2026-R-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
