1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos only (Php 4, 999, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from LGSF - Trust DBP Regular, to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Well-Milled Rice for the Assistance to Indigent Individuals or Families - Food Assistance/Rice Distribution Project at San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid for the well-milled rice. Delivery of well-milled rice is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
