INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TIRES
1) The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2026 MOOE intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Six Hundred Nineteen Thousand Pesos (Php 7, 619, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Tires for the use of various provincial equipment- PEO with Purchase Request No. 26-5138 under Bid No. B-26-0065. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, at least within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
