Description : 1) The Sugar Regulatory Administration, through the SIDA GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱2, 340, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Thirteen (13) Units Pump and Engine with complete accessories. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Sugar Regulatory Administration now invites bids for the above procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required by sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
