INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE
1. The OVERSEAS WORKERS WELFARE ADMINISTRATION (OWWA), through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 3, 190, 500.00), PB-01-2026, Bidding for the Supply and Delivery of 3, 545 of 25 kls. of Rice, being the ABC for payment under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The OWWA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods must be made sometime on April, 2026 in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya or nearby municipalities. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
