INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF POWERED AIR PURIFYING RESPIRATOR
1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, through the Trust Fund - City Aid intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Powered Air Purifying Respirator. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Powered Air Purifying Respirator. The criterion for evaluation to determine the award of contract shall be Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as provided for in Section 58.2.a of RA 12009 and it-s IRR and Instruction to Bidders 26.3.a of Bidding Document (May 2025-First Edition).
