INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PETROLEUM, OIL AND LUBRICANTS PRODUCTS (DIESEL)

1. The Municipal Government of San Miguel, through the 2024 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 280, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PETROLEUM, OIL, AND LUBRICANTS PRODUCTS (DIESEL) (100-24-02-170). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of San Miguel now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
