1) The Local Government Unit of Lawaan, through PHILHEALTH -1732-1137-77 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 1, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT RANDOM ACCESS FULLY AUTOMATIC CHEMISTRY ANALYZER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
