Description : Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PHILHEALTH YAKAP PROGRAM
1) The Municipality of Governor Generoso, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty-One Thousand Pesos (641, 000.00)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PHILHEALTH YAKAP PROGRAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Governor Generoso now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PHILHEALTH YAKAP PROGRAM using the competitive bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
