1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Pesos Only (P 497, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Handheld Radios for MDRRM Office/ Contract No. 2026 - 0087. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Handheld Radios for MDRRM Office. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar day. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
