Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATE OF CONDONATION
1) The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 (Project SPLIT-GOP) intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos Forty-Six Million Twenty Thousand and 00/100 (Php 46, 020, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Certificate of Condonation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Certificate of Condonation Delivery of the Goods is required in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements Bidders. The Bidder must have completed, within five (5) years prior to the deadline for submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the Project.
