1) The Municipal Government of Torrijos, through the FUND TRANSFER FROM DA-MIMAROPA FOR LIVESTOCK ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR CARABAO PRODUCTION intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 1, 055, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ANIMALS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LIVESTOCK ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR CARABAO PRODUCTION, IB No. 2026-03-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
