FOR RICE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM
1) The Local Government Unit of Lawaan, through LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND (LGSF - GEF) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (PHP 5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 8, 076 SACKS OF RICE FOR RICE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Lawaan now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 8, 076 SACKS OF RICE FOR RICE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM. Delivery of the Goods is commencing 14 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed .Bidders should have completed, at least one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
