Description : 1) The Philippine Normal University Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act
(GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Forty Pesos & 33/100 (Php 2, 453, 040.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Guard Services for PNUV for FY 2026 (PNU - VIS - GD 2026-03 059). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Normal University Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Security Guard Services for PNUV for FY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required Twelve (12) Months for FY 2026-2027. Bidders should have completed within the last three (3) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
