1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Ninety Three Thousand One Hundred Forty Pesos and 66/100 (Php 3, 393, 140.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from Trust Fund - LDRRMF, to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Slope Protection at Sitio Tibonbon, Caagutayan, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Slope Protection at Sitio Tibonbon, Caagutayan, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro.
