1) The Municipal Government of Sual, Pangasinan, through the 2026 Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-One Pesos and Forty-Four Centavos (₱ 2, 296, 231.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Complex at Sual Central School, Poblacion, Sual, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
