Invitation to Bid for the Rehabilitation of Barangay Pathwalk.
1. The Barangay Corocawayan, Sto. Niño, Samar, through the 20% Brgy. Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 82/100 only (Php 149, 999.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Barangay Pathwalk. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Corocawayan, Sto. Niño, Samar now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Barangay Pathwalk. Completion of the Works is required Twenty-Five (25) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)...
