INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PURCHASE OF RICE FOR FOOD ASSISTANCE/RICE DISTRIBUTION PROJECT
1. The Municipality of Mambajao, through the Bids and Awards Committee(BAC), intends to apply the sum of Five million pesos (Php 5, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. ______. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mambajao invites bids for the Purchase of rice for Food Assistance/Rice Distribution Project. Delivery of the goods is required within ninety (90) calendar days to be executed in staggered tranches (every other month) commencing upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
