1.The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Two Pesos only (Php 409, 422.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from General Fund - under 8751 - R/M Water System, to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Materials for the Repair and Maintenance of Level 3 Water System at San Teodoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid for materials. Delivery of materials is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
