Invitation to Bid for the Purchase of Animal and Zoological Supplies of Municipal Agriculture Office

1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 253, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Animal and Zoological Supplies of Municipal Agriculture Office/ Contract No. 2024 - 52. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for the Purchase of Animal and Zoological Supplies of Municipal Agriculture Office. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
