1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos only (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from General Fund - 1011-Capital Outlay, Municipal Government of San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Service Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid of 1 unit service vehicle. Delivery of 1 unit service vehicle is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.b...
