1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Pesos only (Php 1, 673, 997.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from General Fund - Office Supplies, Municipal Government of San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Office Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid of office supplies. Delivery of office supplies is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
