1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos only (Php 1, 749, 939.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from General Fund - under 4411-Medical, Drugs and Medicines Expenses, Municipal Government of San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid of medicines. Delivery of medicines is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, ...
