1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos
only (Php 650, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from General Fund -
under 4411-Medical, Dental & Laboratory Supplies, Municipal Government of San Teodoro, to
payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Medical, Dental & Laboratory
Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid for the medical, dental & laboratory supplies.
Delivery of medical, dental & laboratory supplies is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon
receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to
Bidders.
