1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos only (Php 6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from Supplemental Budget No. 1 under 8751-Capital Outlay, to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 6-wheeler dump truck, Engine Type: 6 Cylinder in Line, Turbo Intercooler, Diesel. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid of brand new 6-wheeler dumptruck. Delivery of brand new 6-wheeler dumptruck is required within forty five (45) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
