Description : 1) The DOH MEGA Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen Pesos and Ninety Six Centavos (Php 5, 157, 216.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Security Service for the DOH MEGA DATRC Phase 1&2 for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH MEGA Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center now invites bids for Provision of Security Service for the DOH MEGA DATRC Phase 1&2 for CY 2026 using Single or Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (S/LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
