Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROVISION OF MEDICINES YEAR 2026 (1ST SEMESTER)
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALENO, MASBATE, through the 2026 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 900, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for LGUBal2026-07: PROVISION OF MEDICINES YEAR 2026 (1ST SEMESTER). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALENO, MASBATE, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) days after issuance of Notice to Proceed for Lot No. LGUBal2026-07-1S. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
