Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR 2026
PROJECT ID NO: DSWD4B-2026-006
1) The DSWD Field Office MIMAROPA, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3, 960, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Provision of Janitorial Services for 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DSWD Field Office MIMAROPA now invites bids for the Provision of Janitorial Services for 2026 using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II- Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
