Description : 1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region 12
(SOCCSKSARGEN and LAMA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA)
intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Five Hundred Thirty-Two
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Six Pesos Only (Php 25, 532, 456.00) being the
ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Internet Connectivity
Services (PICS) for Disaster Risk-Reduction and Resiliency in Region xII and
LaMa. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region 12
(SOCCSKSARGEN and LAMA) now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the service and acceptance at all locations must be completed not
later than three (3) months upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should
have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
