Description : 1) The Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office 2 (DILG R2), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2026 - RA 12314 intends to apply the sum of:
LOT 1 Php1, 338, 150.00

being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DILG R2 now invites bids for Provision of Catering Services for Various Activities for April to December 2026 using the Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required from April to December 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
