1 The Municipal Government of Lapinig, Northern Samar, through the 20 % EDF OF 2026 in the amount of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (P2, 000, 000.00) & GRANT from EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (ECCD) in the amount of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php2, 900, 000.00) intends to apply the total amount of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P4, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the above project.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2 The Municipal Government of Lapinig, Northern Samar now invites bids for Proposed Construction of National Child Development Center at Lapinig del Norte, Lapinig, Northern Samar.
