1. The Western Philippines University, through the fund 101-2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven million five hundred ninety thousand pesos (Php7, 590, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the following projects:

Lot 2 - Procurement of Mini Steam Power Plant, Php 2, 400, 000.00, Goods-2024-002-B

Lot 3 - Procurement of Reynolds Apparatus, Php 330, 000.00, Goods-2024-002-C

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
