1. The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, through its General Appropriation Act (GAA) -
CY 2025 Capital Outlay (CO) intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Two Hundred
Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php10, 240, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for Procurement of Various Clinical Laboratory Equipment for Blood Bank. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

CY 2025-Capital Outlay (CO) intends to apply the sum of:
