1) The Municipal Government of Sual, Pangasinan, through the 2026 Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (₱ 637, 570.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supplementary Reading Materials for Sual District Schools at Sual, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
