PROCUREMENT OF SATELLITE-BASED BROADBAND INTERNET SERVICE
1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office xI, through the General
Appropriations Act of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred
Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 760, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Satellite-Based
Broadband Internet Service with identification number 25-06-PB009. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DSWD Field Office xI, now invites Bids from eligible bidders for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Installation must be completed within thirty
(30) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single
contract similar to the Project with equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The
