1) The Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Forty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP4, 040, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Renovation of Training Room into Audio Visual Room and Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio Visual & Studio Equipment (ITB-2026-06-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
