Twenty-Five Million Pesos (Php 25, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for Reference/ Equivalent Continuous
Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station (CAAQMS) Capable of Monitoring Complete
Parameter (Valenzuela). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.
