Description : 1) The Professional Regulation Commission - Central Office (PRC-CO), through the FY 2026 Current Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-One Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (Php7, 637, 721.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Rackmount Server for LERIS Database with ITB No. 2026-20. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PRC-CO now invites bids for the abovementioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the duration required under the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least four (4) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
