Description : 1. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER (CFERMTC), through the Hospital Income, intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million, One Thousand, Six Hundred Pesos (P15, 001, 600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF PURIFIED RABIES VACCINE THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Call-off. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
