Description : Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Project “Design and Build for the Construction of Basco Sanitary Landfill Facility, Phase II”
1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (Php 12, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Project “Design and Build for the Construction of Basco Sanitary Landfill Facility, Phase II”/Infra. No. 2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The intended Completion Date of the Works is within Two Hundred Thirty Calendar Days (230 c.d.), starting seven (7) CDs upon receipt by the contractor of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
