Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Office Supplies
1) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million, Five Hundred One Thousand, Nine Hundred Three Pesos & 10/100 Only (Php 1, 501, 903.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Supplies of the MLGU Basco (Various Offices) with Identification # 2026-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco now invites bids for the Procurement of Office Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days from the date of receipt Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least/within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
